Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Implementation & Integration

• Deploy, configure, and support AI platforms, tools, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Integrate AI applications with existing business systems using secure API connections and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations through AI-powered automation.
• Design and implement scalable workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize AI-driven solutions to maximize business impact.

Customer Onboarding & User Adoption

• Lead onboarding activities, including product setup, configuration, testing, and user validation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to end users, ensuring a smooth transition and positive implementation experience.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Training & Documentation

• Develop user guides, knowledge base articles, and implementation documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote AI literacy and effective product usage.
• Create and maintain prompt libraries and best practices that drive consistent, high-quality outputs.

Product Feedback & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between customers, Product teams, and Engineering teams.
• Document and communicate product enhancement requests, user feedback, and technical issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

AI Governance & Security

• Ensure AI implementations align with organizational security standards and data privacy requirements.
• Monitor system usage and outputs to promote responsible and compliant AI adoption.
• Support governance initiatives, risk mitigation efforts, and AI best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, product operations, solutions consulting, or related roles involving AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data security principles, and AI/LLM technologies.
• Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the title insurance, real estate technology, or mortgage services industry.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
