Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team on a full-time remote basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications from front to back. You will collaborate directly with product management, design, and QA teams to ship clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

Note: This is a remote position, but candidates must be living in Kolkata to facilitate occasional team meetups, local onboarding, and synchronized working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Development: Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end features using Node.js/Express for backend services and React.js for modern web user interfaces.
• API Architecture: Build, document, and consume secure RESTful APIs and modern endpoints (GraphQL integration experience is a plus).
• Database Management: Write, optimize, and maintain database schemas and complex queries across both relational (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma design mockups and product specs into responsive, fast, and accessible cross-browser front-end interfaces.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance and load times.
• Collaborative Remote Workflow: Actively participate in agile daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings using Jira, Slack, and Git/GitHub.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Location: Must currently reside in Kolkata
• Front-End Stack: Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind CSS, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Back-End Stack: Strong hands-on backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Databases: Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Version Control: Solid experience with Git/GitHub workflows (pull requests, branching strategies, rebase/merge).
• Deployment & Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Render) and containerization tools (Docker) is a strong plus.
• Remote Setup: Must have a reliable home office setup, high-speed internet connection, and power backup.

Shift Timings : US Business Hours

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
