Compensation Range: $44 - 48 per hour

Are you ready to shape how enterprise customers engage with a premier digital channel? As a key strategic partner to executive, product, and commercial leaders, you will lead the Voice of Customer program to uncover behavioral insights, optimize digital trust, and drive measurable revenue growth. Join an elite cross-functional team to transform complex feedback into high-impact digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate Voice of Customer insights with behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and operational data to establish a comprehensive digital experience framework.
• Diagnose systemic adoption and trust barriers across digital touchpoints to improve user retention, service demand, and channel growth.
• Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate research findings into actionable go-to-market priorities and product optimizations.
• Facilitate cross-functional strategy sessions to convert complex quantitative and qualitative data into high-priority executive recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years leading enterprise digital experience research, Voice of Customer programs, or customer insights initiatives.
• Deep expertise in qualitative research design, feedback collection, sentiment monitoring, and web/behavioral analytics tools.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional leaders to optimize digital activation, engagement, and conversion rates. Exceptional strategic communication skills with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field
