Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial products and services
• Engage with customers via phone communication, providing clear information and answering inquiries related to financial offerings
• Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities to ensure excellent client service
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding our client base
• Assist in organizing promotional events or outreach activities as needed
• Stay informed about the latest trends in financial services and customer engagement techniques

Requirements

• Previous call center experience is preferred, demonstrating strong communication skills over the phone
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development
• Basic understanding of financial services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn about industry-specific products and terminology
