Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We’re looking for a talented, organized, and proactive Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and help execute our overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong graphic design skills with hands-on marketing experience. You’ll create high-quality marketing assets, help manage our content calendar, coordinate with creators and internal team members, and ensure marketing campaigns are executed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media graphics, posts, and promotional materials
• Design creative assets for paid advertising campaigns
• Create email marketing graphics and campaign materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Develop creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines
• Assist in planning and executing the overall marketing calendar
• Coordinate with content creators, video editors, and other team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Help organize marketing campaigns, content schedules, and creative assets
• Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure projects move forward
• Support marketing initiatives across social media, email, and other digital channels

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, paid ad creatives, and email marketing assets
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable coordinating with creators and internal team members
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
