Real Estate Lead Generation & Data Management Virtual Assistant

Pay: $5 to $8 per hour, independent contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, plus Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central (about 49 paid hours a week)

About Steadfast Home Buyers

Steadfast Home Buyers is a real estate investment company in Jackson, Tennessee. We buy houses directly from homeowners across West Tennessee and surrounding markets. We are building a First-to-Market system that finds motivated sellers early, reaches them consistently, and hands qualified opportunities to our acquisitions team.

We need one person to run that system day to day. This is not a “dial down a list” job. You will own the data, the outreach, and the follow-up, and you will be measured on all three.

What you will do

Run the First-to-Market data workflow

• Operate our DataChef workflow after training
• Import, clean, deduplicate and update property-owner records
• Spot new records and push the freshest opportunities to the top
• Work targeted lists: pre-foreclosure, probate, tax delinquent, vacant, code violations
• Flag bad or missing contact information

Call and follow up with homeowners

• Call owners using our approved scripts and dialer
• Have natural conversations to find out if an owner would consider selling
• Learn their motivation, property condition and timeline
• Hand qualified sellers to our acquisitions team
• Keep consistent follow-up on owners who are interested but not ready
• Send texts only through approved workflows and only where permitted

Keep REsimpli clean

• Create and update lead records with no duplicates
• Log every call, motivation notes and next action
• Set follow-up tasks and keep lead stages accurate

Report and improve

• Send a daily report: records worked, dials, conversations, qualified leads, follow-ups, handoffs
• Point out data problems and bottlenecks, and suggest fixes
• Support our foreclosure campaign: organize fresh records, track auction dates, keep outreach history current

What you need

• Strong spoken and written English and a clear, professional phone manner
• Prior outbound calling or appointment-setting experience
• Comfort talking with homeowners, including people in hard situations
• Working experience with a CRM and spreadsheets
• Real attention to detail. Data accuracy is half this job.
• Ability to follow written processes and work without someone watching
• Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Availability for the full schedule above

Strong pluses

• Real estate investing, wholesaling or motivated-seller calling experience
• REsimpli, DataChef, dialer or skip-trace data experience
• Experience qualifying seller motivation and booking appointments
• Familiarity with foreclosure, probate or distressed-property lists

No DataChef experience? Apply anyway if you learn software fast. We train on our workflow.

How we work

• Clear daily targets and a daily report. You will know where you stand every day.
• Written processes and direct feedback from the owner and sales manager
• All outreach follows telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and opt-out rules. You never launch a campaign or override a suppression list on your own.
• Hiring includes a recorded intro, a practical test with sample data, an interview and a short paid trial
