Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Client’s Team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on custom development and improvements within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM). If you are passionate about enhancing service delivery through innovative solutions, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

**Your tasks**

  • Leading custom development initiatives within the ServiceNow platform
  • Driving improvements to enhance the functionality and performance of ServiceNow CSM solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Implementing best practices for ServiceNow development and integration
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • Strong command of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies
  • Practical experience in custom development and system improvements
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
