Required Skills & Experience

  • 11+ years of software development experience.
  • 9+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

  • Strong experience in:

  • Pega Application Configuration
  • Case Management & Workflow Design
  • Defect Resolution in Existing Pega Estates
  • Pega Integrations & Services Development
  • Guardrail-Compliant Development
  • Unit Testing & Peer Reviews
  • Technical Debt Remediation

  • Agile Delivery Methodologies

  • Experience working across large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience within UK Public Sector environments is highly desirable.
