Job Description
The role
We are looking for a Program Lead to own our public-sector contract programs. You will be the main contact for government clients, from contract award to delivery. You will lead scoping, keep delivery on track, and grow how agencies use our contracts.
What you will do
Own government contract programs and be the main contact for agency clients
Scope and agree Statements of Work: scope, timeline, deliverables and cost
Act as the final escalation point for delivery issues
Coordinate account managers across multiple agencies
Promote our contracts to new agencies and states
Make sure contract reporting and compliance are done on time
What you bring
5+ years leading public-sector engagements (required)
Experience delivering AI, data, software or automation projects
Strong client-facing and stakeholder skills
Nice to have
Experience with cooperative contracts (for example NASPO ValuePoint or Sourcewell) or state master agreements
Experience working with state or local government agencies
Experience pricing firm-fixed, milestone or retainer SOWs
PMP or equivalent
Experience:
- leading public-sector engagements : 5 years (Required)
- delivering AI, data, software or automation : 5 years (Required)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder : 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- PMP or equivalent (Required)
