Paid Ads Assistant

Job description

You will take full ownership of paid advertising across Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok — building campaigns from strategy through execution, optimising funnels for maximum lead quality, and ensuring every inbound lead is properly captured and routed for timely follow-up. You will be the primary engine driving the sales team’s pipeline, working closely with the business owner to align your campaigns with ambitious growth targets and continuously refining creatives, audiences, and landing funnels based on real data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok
• Develop engaging ad content and creatives tailored to insurance audiences
• Build and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize qualified lead volume
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve return on investment
• Load and organize incoming leads into the company’s CRM system
• Integrate appointment scheduling tools to streamline the lead-to-consultation pipeline

Must-have requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
• Ability to create compelling ad copy and visual content for multiple platforms
• High level of attention to detail when managing budgets and tracking campaign metrics
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-have requirements

• Bonus if you have prior experience running paid campaigns in the insurance or financial services industry
• It helps if you have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and appointment scheduling integrations
• Bonus if you have specific experience with TikTok Ads Manager in addition to Meta platforms
