Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Explain our products and services clearly and confidently.
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Work towards agreed sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Work with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience.
About you
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
- Good organisation and follow-up skills.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn about our products, services and customers.
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service is valued.
