Junior Software Developer Intern: Molvern Labs (Remote, India)

Molvern Labs is a software studio that builds websites and digital products for businesses. You’ll work with a mentor on production projects and internal tools, with your code reviewed the way a professional engineering team does it.

What you’ll do

• Build, improve and debug features across the stack: front end, back end, APIs, databases and deployment
• Write clean, readable, tested code, and take part in code review
• Work from clear tasks, and understand how the pieces of a system connect and why they were built that way
• Document your work and share your reasoning with the team

Who can apply
This is open to everyone. We don’t look at degrees, branches or years of study. What matters is what you know and what you can build. We know many people now build with AI-assisted tools, and that’s welcome here. What we ask is that you understand what you ship: how the parts fit together, why the code works, and how to fix it when it doesn’t. If you can explain your own work, you’ll fit in.

What we’d like to see

• A project, repo or something you’ve built, in any language or stack
• A curiosity for how things work under the hood
• Clear communication, with questions asked early
• Familiarity with Git, or willingness to learn it quickly

Commitment

• 2-month internship (unpaid)
• 3 hours a day, 15 hours a week, at times that suit you
• A daily check-in and follow-up with the team is mandatory

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
