• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and chat platforms.
• Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Maintain accurate data entry records, update client information, and process transactions with precision.
• Support customer support initiatives by troubleshooting issues, providing product or service information, and escalating complex concerns when necessary.

Skills

• Must be fluent in French and English
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse client needs.
• Exceptional phone etiquette combined with effective communication skills for client interaction via phone and email.
• Technical proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
