We are seeking a Member Services Representative for a Chicagoland based hospitality group. This position is full time and will work directly with our club members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from club members
- Handle comments and concerns, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain financial accounts by processing payments
- Keep records of customer interactions, update customer accounts, and file documents
- Welcome calls for new and transferred members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Spanish speaking preferred.
This position offers a hybrid schedule with the option for some work from home.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 1:30pm.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
