Job Description
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of software / integration development experience, including hands-on work on Kronos/UKG workforce-management integrations.
• Experience building and supporting UKG Pro WFM integrations on Boomi / UKG Integration Hub, UKG REST APIs and SFTP-based data exchange.
• Experience with Kronos/UKG data: people, labor levels, pay codes, punches, timecards, accrual balances and schedules, including payroll exports and HR/people imports.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, Python, Groovy, Node.js) and in data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, fixed-width).
• Experience with SFTP, file automation and scheduling, and secure handling of PII and payroll data.
• Working knowledge of the SDLC, Agile practices and Git
