Azure DevOps Engineer / Azure DevOps Lead - Fully remote & Long term - Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes

Long term fully remote B2B Contract / freelance opportunity for an Azure DevOps Engineer / Azure DevOps Lead to join one of my leading clients in the B2B logistics / distribution industry. The role of the Azure DevOps Engineer / Lead will be to provide leadership and guidance to less experienced Engineers in the areas of Platform Engineering, Delivery Pipelines, Infrastructure Automation and Operational support. As well as this, part of your role will be on advisory / strategic tasks on how our client can upgrade their platform, in areas such as: Containerisation strategy and AI.

To be successful in this role we need a candidate highly experienced with Azure, Terraform (from an IaC / Infrastructure as Code) perspective and finally Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be a Senior/highly experienced Azure DevOps Engineer who has prior experience guiding, leading and mentoring other more junior engineers.
