Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled GenAI / Agentic AI Developers with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in .NET or Java development, strong Python expertise, and proven experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI applications in production environments.
Mandatory Requirements
- 23+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
- Minimum 2 GenAI/Agentic AI projects completed
- At least 1 production deployment of a GenAI solution
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Development experience in .NET, C#, or Java
- Experience in Front-End Development + AI OR Back-End Development + AI
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents
Technical Skills
- Advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agentic AI frameworks and architectures
- LLM integration and orchestration
- LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel (preferred)
- API development and integration
- Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Vector Databases and Knowledge Retrieval Systems
- Enterprise AI application development and deployment
