Virtual Assistant for Marketing and Sales Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with expertise in lead generation, web scraping, LinkedIn automation, and proficiency in tools like Dripify, Monday.com, and Slack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, manage sales pipelines, and provide support for sales team operations.
• Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities, including prospect research and outreach, to identify potential clients.
• Web Scraping: Extract relevant data from websites using web scraping tools to support business intelligence and lead generation efforts.
• LinkedIn Automation: Utilize tools like Dripify to automate LinkedIn outreach and engagement, ensuring consistent communication with leads and contacts.
• Project Management: Use Monday.com to manage projects, track tasks, and ensure timely completion of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Communication and Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication with the team via Slack, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on marketing and sales support.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Google

• Workspace, Apollo, Callrail, Pandoc, Jotfroms, Sales Navigator, AWS and other webscraping tools

• Proficient with Chat GPT and other AI skills a plus

• Strong understanding of Slack for team communication.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Dripify).

• Experience with web scraping tools and techniques.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Pay range: $4 - $6 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php2,000.00 - Php2,800.00 per day
