Overview:

Work with a market-leading enterprise organization as a Technical Product Manager / Platform Manager driving the strategy and roadmap for a cutting-edge Enterprise AI Platform. In this pivotal internal-facing role, you will collaborate closely with internal product teams, data scientists, and AI engineers to build reusable AI capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, agentic AI tools, and orchestration platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe processes, leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data science teams, and technical leaders to design reusable enterprise capabilities, such as RAG tools and agentic AI frameworks.

• Support product demo days and present platform achievements and feature rollouts to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Monitor execution through Jira and maintain transparent delivery cadences across multiple engineering streams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree. In lieu of Bachelor`s degree, an additional of 4 years of relevant work experience is required

• 10+ years of dedicated Product Management or Product Ownership experience.

• Demonstrated technical depth in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including experience with AI platforms, enterprise RAG architectures, LLM integrations, AI agents, or chatbot frameworks.

• Experience operating as an internal-facing Technical Product Manager or Platform Manager supporting technical and product engineering teams.

• Experience across a portfolio of AI initiatives under an AI strategy or vision, not a single use case.

• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies, with deep experience utilizing Jira for backlog and roadmap management.

• Proven ability to manage multi-product portfolios or reusable capability frameworks rather than single standalone web/mobile applications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Must reside in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and be able to attend on-site planning sessions in Northern Virginia roughly once per month or two months.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within AWS cloud environments and AI/ML ecosystems.

• Exposure to healthcare or health insurance domain environments.

• Practical understanding of agentic AI framework orchestration and enterprise AI enablement strategies.

• Experience with a larger portfolio of products or services.
