Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Security Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Security, SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and ServiceNow integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing identity and access management solutions, strengthening cloud security controls, ensuring access governance, and integrating identity security workflows with enterprise applications and IT service management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Azure Security

• Implement and manage Azure security controls, identity protection, and cloud access policies.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege access, and privileged access management.
• Monitor security risks and implement cloud security best practices.
• Support security governance, compliance, and access reviews across Azure environments.

2. SailPoint IGA

• Implement and manage SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
• Configure identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
• Manage role-based access, role mining, access certifications, and policy enforcement.
• Integrate SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot identity synchronization and access governance issues.

3. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
• Implement RBAC, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Manage user identities, groups, enterprise applications, and service principals.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML and OAuth/OIDC where applicable.
• Integrate Entra ID with SailPoint and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity synchronization issues.

4. ServiceNow Integration

• Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint for identity and access management workflows.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO for ServiceNow using SAML or OpenID Connect.
• Support automated user provisioning, access requests, approvals, and deprovisioning.
• Work with ITSM workflows to manage access requests, incidents, and security-related changes.
• Ensure secure authentication and appropriate access controls for ServiceNow applications.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure Security.
• Experience with SailPoint IGA implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Knowledge of RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection, and access governance.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Entra ID and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SSO and identity integrations.
• Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access management.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and least-privilege access.

Mandatory Project Requirement
