AI/ML Architect

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM/AI application development.

• Hands-on experience building tool-calling AI agents with planning, API orchestration, and multi-step workflows.

• An agent framework such as LangGraph or LangChain

• Strong Python programming and REST API integration skills.

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Experience implementing agent guardrails, validation, and evaluation mechanisms.

• Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

• Experience with Databricks Genie or enterprise data platforms.

• Experience with voice-enabled AI, speech-to-text, or conversational AI.

• Experience in Agile delivery, mentoring, and client-facing technical discussions.

Technical Skills

• Languages & APIs: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, JSON.

• AI & Agent Frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, LLM tool/function calling, structured outputs.

• Vector Search & RAG: Qdrant, embedding models, semantic retrieval.

• LLM Providers: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LiteLLM or equivalent gateways.

• Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

• Security & Quality: OAuth/JWT, RBAC, multi-tenant security, automated testing, LLM evaluation and observability.
