Truelancer AI is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Logistics & Tech Proctor to support a three-month, on-site Smart Glasses Research Study in Los Angeles.

Position Details

• Location: Los Angeles, California — On-site
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Openings: 1
• Experience: 0–1 year; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Shift Schedule: To be confirmed during the hiring process

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory of smart glasses, accessories, chargers, cables, and related equipment.
• Inspect, charge, configure, and prepare devices before each research session.
• Distribute equipment to participants and collect it after sessions.
• Clean, sanitize, reset, and safely store devices according to established procedures.
• Monitor device functionality, battery levels, connectivity, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot basic device or software issues and escalate complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate equipment logs, inventory records, and maintenance checklists.
• Track equipment allocation, returns, and overall availability.
• Assist with equipment setup, testing, rehearsals, and daily operational readiness.
• Follow equipment-handling, security, confidentiality, and data-protection procedures.

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphones or electronic devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and technical instructions.
• A dependable, proactive approach to equipment management and troubleshooting.
• Previous exposure to IT support, technical support, device management, electronics, AV equipment, or inventory operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles for the full three-month assignment .
