Product Manager, Cloud Platform (Data & Telemetry) (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Cloud Platform (Data & Telemetry) (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will own the roadmap for cloud platform capabilities that power telemetry and data services, with a focus on translating technical complexity into clear product direction.

You will partner closely with engineering to prioritize platform enhancements, define requirements, and shape APIs and tools that improve reliability, scalability, and customer experience.

The position sits at the intersection of SaaS networking and cloud architecture, helping guide future-ready platform strategy in a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,900 – $225,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and manage a roadmap for telemetry and data-platform capabilities
• Lead planning and prioritization with engineering partners
• Translate system constraints into clear product requirements and user stories
• Build and promote APIs and tools for effective telemetry use
• Measure platform success through reliability, scalability, and customer experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cloud platforms, data infrastructure, or technical product areas
• 3+ years in product management specializing in SaaS networking
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps for backend or platform capabilities
• Experience collaborating with engineering on APIs and cloud architecture
