Senior Product Manager, Digital Strategy | Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape and execute digital acquisition strategies that drive measurable business growth. In this contract role, you will optimize customer journeys, identify conversion opportunities, and turn strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will work closely with engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear requirements and successful delivery plans. The role combines executive-level strategic thinking with hands-on analysis and detailed collaboration with technical teams. You will also establish prioritization frameworks and operating processes that help teams manage competing demands effectively. Accountabilities

• Develop and manage digital acquisition strategies and roadmaps aligned with measurable business objectives.
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to validate requirements, resolve questions, and support successful implementation.
• Analyze conversion funnels and customer journeys directly to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define success metrics, evaluate results, and inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate working sessions across business, product, analytics, engineering, and IT teams to align on requirements and execution.
• Present strategic recommendations, progress updates, and priorities to executive leadership.
• Design and implement intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and operating models for teams handling high volumes of requests.
• Establish clear stakeholder ownership, priorities, and execution plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Monitor roadmap delivery and adapt priorities based on performance data, evolving business needs, and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer journey optimization, product management, or conversion-focused roles.
• Proven experience developing digital acquisition roadmaps and guiding initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to write detailed functional requirements that engineering teams can use to build and deliver solutions.
• Hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels, customer journeys, and digital performance data without relying exclusively on prepared reports.
• Experience creating operating models, intake processes, or prioritization frameworks for teams managing competing demands.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in detailed working sessions with engineering, analytics, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with membership, subscription, or recurring-enrollment acquisition models.
  • Experience in nonprofit, federated, or franchise environments where national and local organizations share responsibility for the customer journey.
  • Familiarity with products or services offering multiple participation tiers, product options, or enrollment pathways.
  • Experience working with youth or family audiences and understanding privacy considerations related to minors.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position.
