There is a great high performance culture. You will be working with the lawyers and local Australian team to investigate disability insurance claims from Australian superannuation funds and insurers. You will genuinely be helping people. The client acts for claimants, not insurers. We need someone detail-oriented, with strong English skills, and strong personal drive to work independently. High performance is rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Australian team:

• Gather and analyse claim evidence from Australian super funds – by identifying super fund accounts and insurance policies to investigate for potential insurance to claim.
• Use our online system to manage actions and reporting.
• Track claim progress and meet deadlines.
• Organize and maintain claim documents.
• Prepare client correspondence under guidance of senior claims staff
• Communicate with clients and third parties as required by your team leader

(Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a requirement).

• Handle other related tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Knowledge of Australian disability insurance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software quickly
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Required:

• Bachelor Degree or higher -Graduate in any discipline.
• 4+ years legal industry experience
• A reliable, stable and fast internet access is also a requirement.

Highly regarded:

• Experience in Personal Injury Claims
• Experience in Australian disability insurance claims or other adjacent industries such as medical insurance, legal services, or health
