About The Role We are seeking a skilled Shopware Webentwickler (m/w/d) to join our dynamic IT team in Lünen. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, technical optimization, and maintenance of our Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms. Your expertise will help us enhance user experience, improve website performance, and implement new features that support our marketing and sales objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, procurement, and product management, to develop custom plugins, extensions, and interfaces. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and website performance analysis. Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Shopware development, preferably with Shopware 6
• Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony, Twig, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in developing plugins, extensions, and API integrations
• Technical understanding of e-commerce processes, user experience, and website performance optimization
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Reliability, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop, optimize, and maintain our Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms
• Create and modify custom plugins, extensions, and interfaces to meet business needs
• Implement new functionalities, features, and landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team
• Support technical aspects of marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize website and shop performance regularly
• Troubleshoot issues promptly and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, procurement, and product management teams
• Optional: Assist in the further development of the corporate website based on WordPress
