Product Designer

We are looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer at KodeKloud who can take ownership of product experiences from problem discovery to final delivery . You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to turn complex problems into simple, thoughtful, and scalable experiences.

This role is for someone who goes beyond designing screens. You should be comfortable understanding the problem, shaping the solution, making strategic design decisions/trade offs, and driving a project end-to-end .

What You’ll Do

• Own UX projects end-to-end from understanding the problem and defining the experience to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear product experiences and design solutions .
• Apply design thinking, user-centered design, and strong interaction design principles to solve complex problems.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system , including components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and well implemented.
• Present and communicate design decisions clearly, using reasoning, user needs, and product goals .
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the overall product experience and design quality.
• Own multiple product areas and seamlessly switch context as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
• Proven experience leading projects independently from 0 to 1 or through significant redesigns (at least 2 such projects).
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking .
• Strong product and strategic thinking with the ability to understand the why behind a problem, not just design the how .
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping .
• Comfortable integrating AI into the design process using tools such as Claude / Claude Code, Figma AI/Make, Google Stitch, Custom GPTs, Eraser or similar tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, exploration and UI design.
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems .
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and working through ambiguity

We particularly value designers who can bring additional creative and emerging skills:

• Illustration: Ability to create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets that give a product a distinctive personality.
• Motion: Ability to create UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions. Experience with Rive, Lottie, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.
