Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Content Writer with at least 2 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency. In this role, you will craft compelling social media captions, ad copies, high-engaging posters, and clickable short-form video scripts (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) designed to capture attention and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Agency Content: Write high-engaging social media captions, ad copies, and poster content for both clients and our internal brand.

Video Scripts & Concepts: Conceptualize and write high-impact scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, and promotional ads) focused on maximum reach.

Clickable Messaging: Craft compelling hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that increase click-through rates and viewer retention.

Content Strategy: Stay updated on current social media trends and platform algorithms to plan and execute creative content calendars.

Team Collaboration: Partner closely with graphic designers and video editors by providing clear creative briefs to ensure top-notch final output. Requirements &

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Content Writer or Creator within a Digital Marketing Agency.

Portfolio: Must provide a robust portfolio or link to past work samples (posters, ad copies, video scripts).

Writing Skills: Exceptional creative writing skills with a strong command of tone, voice, and persuasive copywriting.

Trend Awareness: In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and trending content formats across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Language: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
