ABOUT RIGHT SHIFT MARKETING

Right Shift Marketing is a Surat-based digital marketing agency helping brands build a strong digital presence through creative content, strategic marketing, and performance-driven campaigns.

We are looking for a talented and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team on ongoing client projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Create Meta Ads creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across different client projects.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to execute creative briefs.
• Adapt designs for different social media platforms and formats.
• Deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing social media content for brands.
• Ability to work with multiple brand identities and design styles.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Previous experience working with marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
