What you’ll do

• Review inpatient pediatric records and clinical notes, including HPI and care plans

• Check clinical claims against the supporting medical record

• Identify missing or inconsistent information, including weight-based dosing errors

• Communicate clear findings about clinical accuracy and documentation completeness

Who this is for

• MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics, or Pediatrics with Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialty certification

• At least five years of hospitalist experience, including current or recent inpatient pediatric hospitalist work within the past two years

• Fluent in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
