Sales Associate/manager in training

Duties

• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed retail store product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management tasks
• Support daily store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Contribute to achieving sales goals through active engagement with customers and upselling when appropriate
• Participate in training programs aimed at developing management skills and understanding store leadership responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store functioning and excellent customer service

Skills
