Job Description

Supervise LPNs, MAs and medical team clerks providing guidance and discipline in ensuring corporate policies and procedures are being followed.
Assists Medical Director with continuous quality improvement activities, participating in the development of needed protocols and procedures and ensuring they are carried out, as well as miscellaneous project s and tasks as assigned.
Responsible for monitoring effectiveness of patient care policies through routine chart audits.
Assist in improving patient flow both in the clinic and on the telephone.
Participates as a member of the Care Team for specific patients.
Trouble shoots to help solve troubling situations that involve patients and ancillary services when difficulties arise.
