We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing leader to help manage daily operations while also growing our local presence through social media, events, and community engagement.

This is a great fit for someone who:

• Enjoys creating TikToks/Reels/content

• Understands local marketing and community involvement

What You’ll Do

☕ Assist with daily store operations and shift leadership
☕ Help train and coach baristas
☕ Support scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness standards
☕ Create fun social media content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
☕ Coordinate local events, drink drops, and community partnerships
☕ Help grow customer engagement and brand awareness locally
☕ Bring positive energy to the team and customers every day

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Comfortable being on camera/social media
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
