Vet Rehab Clinic Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Virtual Assistant to support a veterinary rehabilitation clinic based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with pet owners, vendors, and the clinic team through WhatsApp and email.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries through WhatsApp and email
• Schedule follow-up appointments for pets undergoing rehabilitation or treatment
• Check in with pet owners regarding their pets’ condition and progress
• Monitor new client conversion and follow up with leads when needed
• Send Google review links to clients after appointments or successful treatments
• Invite new clients to join the clinic’s WhatsApp community
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, updates, and coordination tasks
• Maintain clear and professional communication through WhatsApp and email
• Keep records of conversations, follow-ups, and pending concerns
• Provide an end-of-day summary highlighting updates, concerns, and actionable items for the clinic team

About you

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant preferred
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and email platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups independently
• Compassionate and professional when communicating with pet owners
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, rehabilitation, or wellness industries is a plus
• Proactive and responsive
• Able to multitask and maintain organized communication
• Comfortable working with international clients and remote teams
• Has a genuine love for animals and client care
