Role Description The Web Design Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and maintaining engaging, user-friendly websites that align with EgoTECHworld’s brand and technical standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating layout concepts and visual assets, implementing responsive designs, and collaborating with developers to ensure seamless front-end performance. The specialist will optimize user interfaces for usability and accessibility, refine designs based on feedback and analytics, and maintain design consistency across pages and platforms. This role also involves preparing design documentation, staying current with web design trends and best practices, and contributing ideas to improve overall user experience and site performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in User Interface Design and Graphic Design.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
• Candidates should possess the ability to create accessible, user-centered designs and work with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in web or digital product design, a portfolio showcasing live or prototype projects, and familiarity with SEO-friendly design practices.
