Salary: PHP 28,000 – 45,000 per month, plus a performance bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm (Manila / Singapore time), with a 1-hr lunch break

About Us

Quarters Architects is an architecture and interior design consultancy based in Singapore. Our portfolio includes high-end landed homes, government fit-outs, law firm interiors, and wellness and retail spaces. We’re a small, design-led team that cares about craft, clarity, and getting the details right.

We’re looking for a licensed architect to join us remotely as an Architectural Assistant. You’ll support our design team from early design through to construction.

What You’ll Do

• Produce architectural and interior drawings across design development, tender, and construction stages
• Prepare tender documentation and specifications
• Develop 3D models and visualisations in SketchUp and Archicad
• Prepare presentation materials using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Coordinate drawings with consultants and respond to design changes accurately and quickly
• Support construction-stage work, including drawing revisions, site queries, and documentation
• Keep project files and drawing registers organised and up to date
• Learn and use AI tools in your daily work to improve speed and quality

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Architect (PRC), required
• 2–3 years of work experience covering both architecture and interior design
• Solid understanding of the full construction process, including design development, tender documentation, and specifications
• Some construction management or site experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, required
• Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll communicate directly with our Singapore team every day.
• Excellent attention to detail. You check your own work before anyone else has to.
• Organised and systematic, with a methodical approach to both work and learning
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying in close contact with the team
• A team player who asks questions early and communicates clearly
• Curious and willing to learn, especially new tools and AI-assisted workflows

What We Offer

• PHP 28,000 – 45,000 monthly salary, depending on experience
• A performance bonus every 6 months, subject to review
• Fully remote, Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
