Duties

• Support senior advisors by conducting research on financial markets, securities law, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and optimal client solutions.
• Help manage investment portfolios by analyzing financial data, monitoring market trends, and recommending appropriate financial products.
• Engage with clients through clear communication about wealth management options, cash management solutions, and banking services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial transactions, and compliance documentation using advanced financial software tools.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports related to asset management, portfolio performance, and financial analysis for client review.
• Stay informed about industry knowledge of financial regulations and updates in securities law to support compliant advisory practices.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of financial concepts such as investment management, banking services, and estate planning.
• Experience or coursework related to securities law, tax experience, wills & trusts, or estate law is preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in wealth management, financial sales, or client relationship management roles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and perform basic accounting or research tasks.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations such as FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) standards is advantageous.
