As a Software Engineer I, you will work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and technical leads to implement application features and contribute to reliable, scalable software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and features.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Implement software functionality based on technical specifications and product requirements.
• Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development tasks depending on project needs.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and application services.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage application data.
• Implement business logic, validation, and application workflows.
• Debug software defects and troubleshoot application issues.
• Write unit tests and assist with integration testing.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers.
• Follow established coding standards and software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Assist in improving application performance, reliability, and security.
• Support software deployment and resolve development or production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for implemented features and system components.
• Participate in Agile development activities, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Research new technologies and contribute ideas for improving development processes.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve coding and debugging workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C++.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.
• Basic understanding of frontend or backend development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of debugging, testing, and code quality practices.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, or Express.js is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, or deployment processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
