Based in Hyderabad, India, Hire Hare helps companies across the US, UK, and EU efficiently identify and hire qualified AI talent through a structured vetting and verification process.Hire Hare is looking for an experienced Freelance AI/ML Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in AI/ML Technology recruitment and an established network of technology professionals.

This is a performance-based recruitment opportunity for recruiters who are confident in sourcing, engaging, screening, and closing high-quality technology talent.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for technology and engineering positions
• Leverage your existing network of developers and technology professionals
• Identify and engage passive candidates through effective sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication, and role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and support successful closures
• Build and maintain a strong technology talent pipeline

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in IT/Technology Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to AI/ML and specialized technology hiring.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and closure.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Data Science, MLOps, Python, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technical skill sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean/X-Ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub sourcing, passive talent identification, and technical talent mapping.
• Ability to understand technical JDs, evaluate candidate profiles, and assess technical relevance, project experience, and skill alignment.
• Strong candidate engagement, stakeholder management, market research, salary negotiation, and recruitment analytics capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple niche technical requisitions, build talent pipelines, and consistently drive quality hires.

🔹 Good to Have

• Basic understanding of: Software Development
• AI/ML
• Data Science
• Generative AI / LLMs

Deep technical expertise is not required. Strong recruitment skills and access to quality technology talent are what matter most.

💰 Compensation:

₹10,000 per successfully closed position

The placement fee will be paid when the selected candidate joins the position and completes 15 days of employment.

📌 Closure Terms:

• A position will be considered successfully closed when:The candidate sourced by the freelancer is selected and joins
• The candidate completes 15 days of employment
• The candidate has not previously been submitted by Hire Hare or another recruiter for the same position

Only one placement fee per position will be paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

🔄 Replacement Terms:

If the candidate leaves, resigns, or is terminated within 30 days of joining, the freelancer will provide one replacement candidate at no additional placement fee.

If the replacement candidate joins and completes 15 days, the original placement will be considered fulfilled.
