$40 per new visit and $30 per follow-up, with no minimum hours. See patients by video from our standby list whenever you have time.

We’re building Longitude Sports Medicine to take that weight off you, so your time goes to care. We launch in California in January 2027, and we’re looking for the first clinicians to join us.

ABOUT US

Longitude Sports Medicine is a physician-led virtual practice providing medical care centered around an active lifestyle. We care for members of partnered fitness centers: active, motivated people who want to get back to training. Care is led by Kofi Agyeman, MD, a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. We’re starting in California and plan to expand to other states.

THE ROLE

You’ll see patients by video for musculoskeletal injuries: evaluation, treatment plans, imaging orders, bracing and DME, prescriptions, referrals to physical therapy and specialists, and work notes. An orthopedic surgeon is always available for questions and case review.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active California NP or PA license (additional state licenses a plus)
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, urgent care, or primary care with a strong MSK base
• Comfort delivering care by video
