Jr. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a freelance remote Jr. Graphic Designer to support brand-focused creative projects for an agency serving corporate B2B and B2C clients. This is a Contract position suited to a detail-oriented designer who can produce high-quality visual assets across multiple channels while working within established brand standards. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to both B2B and B2C initiatives, collaborate with creative leads, and manage assignments through a structured Asana-based workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually consistent design materials for client engagements across print and digital formats, including branded collateral such as brochures and marketing assets.

• Apply established corporate identity standards to ensure every deliverable aligns with each client’s visual guidelines and overall brand presence.

• Partner with creative leads and account stakeholders to translate project direction into clear, effective design solutions for a range of audiences.

• Contribute to projects serving both business and consumer markets, adapting layouts and visual approaches to fit the communication goal of each assignment.

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to develop, revise, and finalize production-ready artwork.

• Organize and track assigned work within Asana, maintaining visibility on timelines, updates, and deliverable status throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in a guest workflow process and use supporting documentation or a brief training guide to become comfortable with team procedures when needed.

• Demonstrated graphic design capability with a portfolio that shows 3–5 samples across at least two formats or channels.

• At least one portfolio example that reflects work created within established brand guidelines.

• At least one work sample that includes brief context explaining the design brief, objectives, or rationale behind key creative decisions.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience designing marketing or communication materials, including brochures and other branded collateral.

• Comfort working within project management platforms such as Asana to manage tasks and follow structured workflows.

• Ability to produce clean, high-quality work for corporate-facing brands while balancing creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
