We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Revenue Management Assistant – PriceLabs Specialist to join the RevWhisper team to manage portfolio analytics, execute dynamic pricing strategies, and monitor live short-term rental calendars.

In this role, you will maintain approved PriceLabs settings, evaluate listing performance against market trends, audit Property Management System (PMS) channel synchronization, leverage AI utilities, and deliver data-backed pricing recommendations. Substantial hands-on experience managing live short-term rental listings in PriceLabs is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pricing and calendars for live short-term rental listings using PriceLabs.
• Maintain base rates, minimum prices, seasonal settings, minimum stays, orphan gaps, and date-specific overrides.
• Identify booking restrictions, overlapping settings, owner constraints, and pricing issues.
• Apply approved pricing adjustments and verify updates across PMS and booking channels.
• Analyze occupancy, ADR, revenue, booking pace, cancellations, and future availability.
• Investigate booking gaps, weak periods, and unusual pricing using market data and historical performance.
• Recommend pricing and restriction adjustments with clear explanations.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, and workflow improvements while verifying accuracy.
• Maintain records of changes, track unresolved issues, and flag data or synchronization problems.
• Communicate findings and help improve internal workflows, documentation, and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Recent, hands-on experience managing live short-term rental listings in PriceLabs
• Strong understanding of minimum stays, orphan gaps, seasonal settings, and date-specific overrides
• Ability to analyze booking performance and market conditions beyond software recommendations
• Proficient in spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting
• Comfortable using AI tools and verifying outputs against reliable source data
• Confident in raising questions and escalating issues before making high-risk changes.
