WFH Digital Marketing Assistant (Squarespace)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support their digital marketing efforts and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is a strong English writer, comfortable managing digital platforms, and able to work independently with minimal supervision after receiving initial direction. Experience in the architecture industry is a plus.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours EST (25 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• RFP Management: Manage submissions through RFP portals, targeting 1–2 submissions per week.
• Social Media Content: Create Instagram posts using provided direction, existing photography, and brand assets.
• Website Maintenance: Update and maintain Squarespace website quarterly, incorporating new assets, content, and protocols.
• Marketing Operations: Assist with general marketing tasks and ongoing operational needs.
• Digital Marketing Coordination: Support and coordinate digital marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals and direction.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English skills with the ability to handle writing-intensive marketing tasks.
• Familiarity with Squarespace and template-based website management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight after receiving initial guidance.

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple marketing tasks with clear communication and initiative.

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing company or agency.
• Background or familiarity with the architecture industry is a strong plus.
