Junior Software Engineer

We’re hiring for a company that builds infrastructure for AI model training, delivering massive amounts of web data through a unique bandwidth-sharing network. This lean, fast-paced technical team is pushing the boundaries of open web data and AI.

The Role

• Review applications to ensure they meet compliance requirements before release.

• Investigate application behavior independently to identify potential issues.

• Exercise sound judgment in identifying compliance concerns.

• Take ownership of problems from discovery through resolution.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams.

• Document findings clearly and verify issue resolution.

What You’ll Need

• Hands-on programming experience with Rust and/or Java.

• Strong analytical instincts and a natural curiosity to understand system behavior.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and requirements.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in a startup or small engineering team environment is a plus.
