The organization addresses challenges related to managing and processing complex research data, particularly in molecule registration and other scientific entities, by developing and maintaining critical applications that support these processes.

About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR .NET FULLSTACK DEVELOPER role is designed to enhance and sustain the organization’s core software systems that facilitate research activities. The position involves full-stack development and modernization of legacy systems, contributing to the stability, scalability, and evolution of the software infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring the organization can continue to support research functions effectively through robust, up-to-date technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve full-stack business-critical applications.
• Modernize legacy applications and migrate them to current .NET versions.
• Work across all application layers including UI, backend services, APIs, and data sources.
• Design and implement new functionalities for registering molecules and other research entities.
• Establish and enhance Azure infrastructure for applications.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Improve engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, secure development, observability, and documentation.
• Support applications throughout their lifecycle, balancing maintenance, stability, technical debt reduction, and new development.

Requirements:

• Several years of senior-level full-stack software development experience.
• Proficient in C# and .NET, including upgrading and maintaining legacy applications.
• Practical experience with Oracle databases, SQL, data access, and application-database integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Broad understanding of software architecture, APIs, application security, testing, and deployment.
• Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of tasks and solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
