About the Opportunity:

The TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER - CORE BANKING is responsible for transforming product vision into working software within a dedicated squad triad. This role uniquely combines product design and hands-on implementation, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to rapidly iterate and build solutions. The position plays a crucial part in defining system behavior, authoring detailed specifications, and collaborating closely with architects and delivery leads to ensure scalable, high-quality products that meet business and technical goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end product specifications, defining APIs, data models, and system interactions
• Use AI tools to rapidly iterate on designs, edge cases, and implementation approaches
• Build and implement software using AI-assisted development workflows
• Prototype and validate solutions before full implementation
• Collaborate daily with Architects on system design and with delivery leads on quality and release readiness
• Participate in technical design discussions and tradeoff decisions
• Identify and communicate blockers, risks, and dependencies promptly
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and shared context within the squad

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in product or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services
• Experience with core banking platforms in regulated environments
• Ability to translate customer and market feedback into actionable product improvements
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping working software
• Strong hands-on development skills across front-end and/or back-end technologies
• Capability to own end-to-end implementation within a product domain
• Ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge and apply it effectively

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
