We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Expert specializing in AI training to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical models to support financial forecasting, risk assessment, and investment analysis using advanced machine learning techniques.
• Develop scalable data pipelines utilizing ETL processes, SQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and other big data systems to ensure efficient data ingestion and processing for AI training.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to train, evaluate, and deploy AI models focused on predictive analytics, natural language processing, and generative AI applications within financial contexts.
• Utilize cloud services such as AWS and machine learning cloud platforms to optimize model training workflows and ensure high scalability for large datasets.
• Conduct statistical analysis for research purposes, leveraging tools like R, SAS, and statistical analysis tools to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Implement model evaluation strategies to improve accuracy, robustness, and fairness of AI models used in financial decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data workflows, model development processes, and deployment procedures aligned with best practices in AI implementation.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA for automation and model development.
• Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other relevant tools for model training and deployment.
• Deep understanding of big data technologies including Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS), Spark implementation, Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Expertise in statistical modeling techniques for research and predictive analytics using R or SAS.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL solutions like linked data stores for managing complex datasets.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), generative AI models, and their applications within finance sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms for scalable model training and deployment.
• Ability to design database schemas optimized for large-scale data mining activities; experience with data visualization tools like Looker is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90.00 - $180.00 per hour
