It addresses the challenge of evolving the traditional PR service market into a more technology-driven sector by developing an AI-agent platform designed to innovate how PR services are delivered. The company is among the fastest growing PR agencies in Germany, serving clients such as Trivago, Komoot, Fonio AI, and AutoScout24, and is transitioning from a service-based to a service-as-software model.

About the Opportunity:

The AI PRODUCT ENGINEER is responsible for advancing the backend development of the organization’s proprietary PR platform. This role contributes directly to building the technical foundation that supports the future of PR operations, including the development of AI-agent systems that transform PR workflows. The engineer plays a key role in shaping system architecture, enhancing data management, and enabling the integration of AI capabilities to redefine PR value chains.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack components of the PR platform that will serve as the operational system for the agency.
• Build and maintain AI-agent systems used by consultants, including self-learning loops and multi-agent orchestration.
• Collaborate on system architecture design, covering workflows, data models, interfaces, compliance, and technology stack.
• Enhance database architecture involving relational and vector databases.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of software development experience.
• Over 1 year of experience developing AI agents and components such as memory, context engineering, retrieval, and orchestration using frameworks like Langchain, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, LangGraph, and GitHub.
• Experience developing backend systems with frameworks such as FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS using languages like Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Familiarity with container-based and cloud-native architectures including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or similar platforms.
• German language skills at B2 level with motivation to achieve C1 within the first year.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
