Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

ABOUT AGILE

Agile Pest Control is one of Monmouth County’s fastest-growing pest control companies: a young, locally owned business with 400+ five-star Google reviews and a simple promise to treat every customer like our only customer. We’re growing fast and adding someone to be the voice of that promise.

THE ROLE

This is not a call center. You’ll handle roughly 25-30 calls a day, which gives you time to listen, solve the real problem, and follow through. You’ll turn inquiries into long-term customers, keep current customers happy, and work hand in hand with our operations team so nothing falls through the cracks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and web inquiries with a warm, calm, professional tone - Understand each customer’s real problem, recommend the right service plan, and book the job -

-Follow up consistently on quotes and open leads until they become a yes or a clear no - Coordinate with our GM and technicians on scheduling, service notes, and customer updates

• Own customer concerns from first call to resolution

• Ask happy customers for Google reviews and help us protect and grow our reputation. Reviews are a core part of how we earn new customers

• Handle billing questions and professional, friendly collections follow-up on past-due accounts, protecting both our cash flow and the relationship

• Keep accurate records in FieldRoutes, GoHighLevel, and Voice for Pest

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management (home services or pest control is a plus)

• Clear, professional phone presence and strong written communication

• A consultative approach: you listen first and sell second

• Organized and dependable, with a habit of following through without being chased - Comfortable with technology and excited to use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to draft messages, summarize calls, and work faster

• Experience with FieldRoutes, GoHighLevel, or a similar CRM is a plus, and we’ll train you on the rest

• Located in New Jersey, with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace

SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

• Full-time, hourly, Monday-Friday, 8-4 or 9-5 Eastern (we’ll set it together)

• Remote position for candidates who live in New Jersey. We meet as a team once a month at our office in Little Silver, NJ, or virtually

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $21-$28 per hour, paid hourly and eligible for overtime

• Commission on every service plan you sell, plus performance bonuses
