Senior Figma UI Designer DTC Ecommerce (PDP & Email)

Role & responsibilities

We’re a growth consultancy that scales DTC ecommerce brands. We’re hiring a designer who specialises in the two surfaces that make the most money in DTC: the product page and the email.

This is not a generalist design role. You will design high-converting PDPs and email campaigns in Figma, hand them off clean for build, and iterate on what the numbers say.

Product pages

• Design Shopify product pages end to end in Figma buy box through full page flow
• Build the sections that actually sell: benefits, comparison tables, how-it-works, ingredients, reviews and social proof, FAQs, guarantees, bundles and subscriptions
• Mobile-first always, with a responsive desktop version of every page
• Supporting pages where needed: landing pages, collections, cart drawer

Email

• Design campaigns and automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, launches
• Design for how Klaviyo actually builds — correct widths, modular sections, mobile-readable, one clear CTA
• Build reusable templates and modules so campaigns ship fast

How you’ll work

• Own the Figma design system and component library for each brand
• Work inside brand guidelines — every page and email stays on-brand
• Hand off pixel-accurate files: auto-layout, specs, exported assets, no back-and-forth
• Iterate based on conversion and email performance data
• Run multiple brands at pace without quality dropping

Preferred candidate profile

• 5–10 years designing for DTC ecommerce brands
• Expert in Figma — components, variants, auto-layout, design systems, developer handoff
• Proven Shopify product pages and Klaviyo-style email flows in your portfolio
• You understand conversion design: above-the-fold hierarchy, buy-box structure, CTA placement, social proof, objection handling
• You understand email constraints: mobile readability, scannable layout, image-to-text balance
• Premium, modern taste — not template work
• Strong written English
• Klaviyo hands-on experience is a plus
